【Abstract】 Three culture methods:expanding blastocyst culture,embryo microsurgery and blastomeres culture were used to establish the stem cell line of rabbit embryo.It was found that embryo microsurgery was the most effective method.After removing trophetoderm of expanded blastocyst,splitted inner cell mass could easily grow on the mouse primary embryo fibroblast feeder layer when cultured with BRL cell conditioned medium.ES like clone was found when the ICM was digested and recultured in feeder layer cell.更多还原
