【Abstract】 A detailed analysis of the phases in the tetragonal zirconia polycrystals (TZP) ceramic material is carried out by using X-ray diffraction proposed is a new method, X-ray quantitative phase analysis for calculating the CZrO2 content in TZP ceramic material in comparison with the double diffractionpeak intensity. It has been verified that the C-ZrO2 present in TZP affects themechanical properties of TZP ceramic materials.更多还原
