用超临界CO2从槐花米中提取芦丁试验研究
Experimental Study on Extraction of Rutin from Flower Bud of Pagoda Tree with Supercritical CO2
【摘要】 用超临界ＣＯ２萃取槐花米中的芦丁，对这一新方法进行了可行性试验研究．试验表明采用两步分离法是合适的，第一步槐花米经预处理，第二步采用超临界ＣＯ２萃取．
【Abstract】 The feasibility is studied for a new method of extracting rutinfrond the flower buds of pagoda tree with supercritical CO2. In this paper. twostep separation method is proposed. The first step is preprocessing of the flowerbuds of pagoda tree, and the second is extraction of it with supercritical CO2.
