【摘要】 报道了香菇菌深层发酵生产鸟苷酸试验结果。以香菇菌Ｃｒ－０２１为材料，经多组试验结果分析，得出鸟苷酸产量与菌丝体干重成正比关系。应用Ｌｇ（３４）正交试验，得出培养基配方，在此基础上，设计了Ａ，Ｂ，Ｃ等３种培养基，并进行了发酵分析，其中Ｂ产鸟苷酸含量为２．１ｇ／Ｌ、氨基氮０．２ｇ／Ｌ。更多还原

【Abstract】 The experimental results of producing GMP(guanosine monophosphate) by submerged fermentation of Lentinus edodes (Berk)Sing strain Cr - 021 were reported. According to analyzing several experimental results there was a relation between the GMP output and dry the weight of hypha. By application of orthogonal experiment of Lg(34 ), the medium prescription was present ed. Based on these there media A, B and C a were designed and the fermentation processes were analyzed. The GMP output in the fermentation process which used B medium was 2. 1 g/L, and amino N output was 0. 2 g/L.更多还原
