渣浆泵选型CAD中关键问题的研究

【摘要】 离心式渣浆泵选型CAD迟迟不能问世,经研究认为,由于渣浆组织结构、物理性质及运动规律等因素的影响,给软件开发带来许多困难。现将开发中所需解决的几个关键问题公布于众,以供参考。本文以整个渣浆输送系统为研究对象,提出在渣浆泵串联时以管径和串联合数为二元变量的优化策略,给出计算机上可实现的一种方案。

【Abstract】 CAD software for centrifugal slurry pump is difficult to come out. As we consider,it is because the influences of the organization structure,physical properties and kinematic behavior of slurry can bring many difficutes to the software development. Several key problems that need to be solved in the .development of the CAD software are represents here. The paper takes the whole slurry transport system as the research object and puts forward an optimization scheme which takes the pipe diameter and the pump numbers in series as the binary variables in slurry pump series and gives a method that can be realized on computer.
