补阳还五汤对鼠脑损伤修复的影响——γ-谷氨酰转移酶活性和星形胶质细胞增殖研究
EFFECTS OF BUYANG HUANWU TANG ON THE RENOVATION OF TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY IN MOUSE-A STUDY ON ACTIVITY OF γ -GLUTAMYLTRANSFERASE AND PROLIFERATION OF ASTROCYTE
【摘要】 采用昆明小鼠90只,制成脑损伤模型,其中45只口服补阳还五汤(10ml·kg-1,每日二次),另45只常规饲养作对照.两组分别于术后3天,1、2、3、4周取损伤部位脑组织,做γ-谷氨酰转移酶测定和病理学检查.结果:术后3周中药组该酶活性为31.2士6.9U,对照组为14.4士1.3U,两组间有显著统计学差异(P<0.01);中药组术后炎性反应较轻.术后2周有大量增生的星形胶质细胞,术后3周即有典型的胶质瘢痕形成,分别比对照组提前1周.提示:补阳还五汤能提高伤后脑组织γ-谷氨酰转移酶活性,促进氨基酸的摄取,使星形胶质细胞增殖明显加快,有利于脑组织的修复.
【Abstract】 90 Kunming mice were made into models for traumatic brain injury by surgery. 45 of them were given 10 ml.kg-1 of Buyang Huanwu Tang (BYHWT) twice a dya. The others served as control. Brain tissues at the injuried region were examined pathologically, and the activity of γ-Glutamyltransferase(γ-GT) was assayed 3 days, 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks and 4 weeks after surgery respectively. The results showed that γ-GT was 31. 2 ±6. 9 u 3 weeks after surgery in the BYHWT group, and as compared with 14.4±1.3u in the control group. There was a singnifi-cantly statistical difference between them (P<0. 01). Inflammatory reaction was weak, and generous proliferous astrocytes appeared 2 weeks after surgery in the BYHWT group. Typical glial scar could be seen 3 weeks after surgery in the BYHWT group, one week earlier than in the control group. The results suggested that BYHWT could enhance the activity of γ-GT, stimulate the intake of amino acid and quicken the proliferation of astrocyte, which would benefit the renovation of brain injuryied tissues.
