降钙素基因相关肽阳性结构在人和大鼠胃的分布——免疫组化PAP法研究

【摘要】 用免疫组织化学PAP法观察了降钙素基因相关肽阳性结构在人和大鼠胃的分布.主要结果显示:(1)降钙素基因相关肽免疫反应阳性细胞存在于人胃窦和大鼠胃窦、胃体腺上皮;(2)降钙素基因相关肽阳性细胞内免疫反应在大鼠胃窦和胃体腺上皮分别呈强阳性和弱阳性;(3)降钙素基因相关肽免疫反应阳性神经纤维仅存在于大鼠胃,在大鼠胃窦粘膜内,部分降钙素基因相关肽阳性神经纤维与降钙素基因相关肽阳性细胞紧密接触.上述结果首次表明:(1)人胃窦和大鼠胃体腺上皮也存在含降钙素基因相关肽的内分泌细胞;(2)大鼠胃窦腺上皮内降钙素基因相关肽阳性细胞的免疫反应阳性强度明显强于胃体腺上皮内降钙素基因相关肽阳性细胞的免疫反应阳性强度;(3)大鼠胃窦粘膜中降钙素基因相关肽阳性神经纤维与降钙素基因相关肽阳性内分泌细胞间存在着形态上的紧密联系.文内讨论了胃中降钙素基因相关肽可能参与胃肠激素释放调节的功能.

【Abstract】 The distribution of the calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP)-positive structures found in the stomaches of men and rats was studied by using immunohistochemical PAP method. The results showed that:(1) CGRP immunoreaction-positive cells existed in the glandular epithelium of the man and rat antrum and the rat stomach body; (2) The immunoreaction of the CGRP-positive cells inthe rat antrum and stomach body were comparatively stronger and lighter; (3)CGRP-posi-tive nerve fibres existed only in the rat stomach, some of which were closely connected with CGRP-positive cells in the antrum. The results indicate that; (1)CGRP-positive endocrine cellsare also distributed in the mucosa of the man antrum and the rat stomach body; (2)The im-munoreaction of the CGRP-positive cells in the glandular epithelium of the rat antrum is stronger than that in the rat stomach body; (3)Morphologically CGRP-positive nerve fibres are closely associated with CGRP-positive endocrine cells in the antral mucosa of rats. The possible function of CGRP regulating release of gastrointestinal hormones is discussed in this paper.
