【摘要】 用胎儿、儿童及成人脊柱标本,共20例,研究腰部椎间孔韧带.在上述标本中均发现椎间孔韧带,共195条,其中横孔上韧带20条.横孔下韧带119条.体横上韧带31条,体横下韧带25条.横孔上、下韧带主要分布于上腰部椎间孔内,尤以L₁椎间孔内多见;体横上、下韧带主要分布于下腰部椎间孔处,特别在L₅椎间孔处多见.文中讨论了椎间孔韧带的临床意义.更多还原

【Abstract】 The ligaments of the lumbar intervertebral foramina were studied in 20 fetal, child and adult spine speciments. 195 ligaments of intervertebral foramina were found in all the specimens; 20 superior transforaminal ligaments, 119 inferior transforaminal ligaments, 31 superior corporo-transverse ligaments, and 25 inferior corporotransverse ligaments. The superior and inferior transforaminal ligaments were mainly located in the upper portion of the lumbar intervertebral foramina, especially in the first lumbar intervertebral foramina. The superior and inferior corporotransverse ligaments were mainly located in the lower portion of the lumbar intervertebral foramina, especially in the fifth lumbar intervertebral foramina. The significance of the intervertebral foramina ligments was discussed.更多还原
