兔胸主动脉肋间动脉开口部内皮细胞的形态——探讨切应力与动脉粥样硬化发生的关系
MORPHOMETRY OF ENDOTHELIAL CELLS AT THORACIC AORTA AND INTERCOSTAL ARTERY OSTIA IN RABBITS
【摘要】 用扫描电镜观察了兔胸主动脉第4肋间动脉开口及其周围的内皮细胞形态,结果显示在肋间动脉开口的外侧缘及下缘下方等局部通透性增高部位,内皮细胞多呈卵圆形,并顺血流方向排列;在开口的下缘,内皮细胞以多角形或圆形多见,排列无定向,其它部位内皮细胞明显伸长,顺血流方向排列.内皮细胞的形态差异提示肋间动脉开口部位血管壁的切应力分面不均匀,切应力的变化可能是导致动脉粥样硬化好发的原因之一.
【Abstract】 Observations on the morphology and orientation of edothelial cells at aort and intercostal artery ostia in rabbits were carried out under a scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that the lateral and lower regions . the atherosclerotic lesion-prone regions , were covered with el-lipoisal endothelial cells, which suggested that the cells were exposed to relatively low shear stress but not to high shear stress. Therefore it can be concluded that the regions under relatively low shear stress are vulnerable to atherosclerosis.
