【摘要】 应用透射电镜对14例不同孕龄胎儿及4例新生儿的附睾上次超微结构进行了观察.发现不同孕龄胎儿附睾各段上皮细胞类型存在差异:在起始段和头段有纤毛细胞、明柱状细胞、暗柱状细胞和窄暗细胞,而体、尾段只有后三种.其中,28周时体段的窄暗细胞最多,33周时除上述细胞外,在头段还观察到淋巴细胞,在体段则看到内分泌样细胞.更多还原

【Abstract】 18 normal fetal epididymides of different ages were studied by using transmissional electron microscopy. It was discovered that there were great differences between the epithelial cells in each epididymal segment of various periods. The initial segment and the caput contained ciliated , clear-columnar, dark-columnar and narrow-dark cells. However, the corpus and the cauda only contained the last three types. At 28 weeks, narrow-dark cells were most in the corpus. At 33 weeks, intraepithelial lymphocytes were found in the caput, and endocrine-like cells in the cor-pus.更多还原
