【摘要】 应用免疫组织化学和计算机图像分析技术,观察中药“更年健”对老龄雌性大鼠中缝背核5-HT的影响.结果表明:“更年健”和苯甲酸雌二醇用药后,中缝背核5-羟色胺含量明显增高,与用药前相比.相差显著(P<0.01).提示“更年健”能增强老年雌性大鼠中缝背核5-HT神经元活性.更多还原

【Abstract】 The present work was designed to observe the effect of "Geng Nian Jian" on serotonin in dorsal raphe nucleus of aging female rats with immunohistochemistry and image processing.
