猴脑动脉的衰老变化—大脑中动脉中膜平滑肌定量分析
AGING CHANGES OF CEREBRAL ARTERY IN MONKEY-A QUANTITATIVE ANALYSIS OF MEDIAL SMOOTH MUSCLE CELLS
【摘要】 用透射电镜结合定量方法对猕猴大脑中动脉干中膜的年龄变化进行了研究,结果表明:幼年、成年及老年组大脑中动脉中膜平滑肌占中膜面积的百分比分别是71.8%±6.93、64.8%±5.65和63.1%±7.36.说明平滑肌占中膜面积的百分比随着增龄而逐渐下降,此变化与定性观察的结果相一致.认为此定量方法能较客观地反映出平滑肌与间质的增龄改变.
【Abstract】 The medial age-related changes of the middle cerebral artery in rhesus monkeys were studied by both TEM and medial smooth muscle cells quantitative method for the first time. The findings showed that the area percentage of the medial smooth muscle cell of the middle cerebral artery was 71. 8%±6. 93 in the young group. 64. 8%±5. 65 in the adult group and 63. 1%±7. 36 in the old group respectively. This clearly indicated that the area percentage of the medial smooth muscle cell decreased with age. These figures also coordinated with the ultrastructural changes seen under TEM. Authors believe that this quantitative method could reflect more objectively the aging changes of both the smooth muscle cells and intercellular material.
