异种神经移植后再生神经纤维的HRP逆行运输
RETROGRADE TRANSPORTATION OF HRP IN REGENERATING NERVE FIBER AFTER TRANSPLANTATION WITH THE HETEROGRAFT
【摘要】 成年青紫蓝兔一侧胫神经于■窝上部切除 5 mm,移植入 8 mm长,经反复冰冻、融解 5次的成年狗胫神经,将兔胫神经的近、远断端与植入的狗神经缝合。术后2、3、4、5、6周,将HRP注入距远端吻合部15 mm处的远段胫神经,动物存活4天。于神经移植术后4、5、6周,在兔的L7、S1.2脊髓前角观察到HRP标记细胞。标记细胞为多极形、梭形;L7、S1.2脊神经节也观察到大、中、小型标记细胞。标记细胞数量随着神经移植术后存活期的延长而增加。术后2、3周兔的脊髓前角和脊神经节未见标记细胞。表明宿主的再生神经纤维能通过异种移植神经而长入远段;再生后的神经纤维已恢复了轴浆流;HRP能被逆行运输至神经元胞体;脊髓前角和脊神经节分别出现标记细胞,说明再生神经纤维中运动纤维和感觉纤维兼有之。
【Abstract】 A segment of 5 mm long was removed from the right tibial nerve proximal to the popliteal fossa of the experimental adult rabbit. Another segment of 8 mm in length excised from the tibial nerve of abult dog and treated by repeated freezing and thawing for five times was transplanted instead. Both the proximal and distal ends of the tibial nerve of the host rabbit were sutured to the graft nerve of the donor dog. HRP was injected into the tibial nerve distal of the graft 2, 3,4,5 and 6 weeks after transplantation. HRP labelled neurons were found in the anterior horn of the spinal cord and the spinal ganglia from L7 to S2 4 , 5 and 6 weeks after transplantation. The number of the labelled neurons increased with prolonged survival time. Regenerating nerve fibers of the host could pass the heterograft nerve and grow into the distal part of the tibial nerve. Axoplasm flow of the regenerating nerve fibers was recovered, which proved that HRP was transported to the neuron bodies. The labelled neurons were also found in the anterior horn of the spinal cord and the spinal ganglia, which indicated that regenerating nerves fibers had motor fibers as well as sensory fibers.
