【Abstract】 In this study,we analysed with the electronmicroscope techneque the supermicrostructure of parietal cells in duodenal and gastric ulcer patients and did the comparison with that of the healthy.It is found that the histomorphology of parietal cells of patients with duodenal ulcer poin to the status of active secretion,and the parietal cells structure in the control group shows no difference.It is suggested that the development of duodenal ulcer is related to the high gastric acid secretion.In addition,the secreting mechanism of high gastric acid is discussed here.更多还原
