冬虫夏草人工培养及有效成分测定
Studies on Artifically Cultured Cordyceps Sinensis and Determination of its Effective Constitutions
【摘要】 对冬虫夏草的人工培养条件,包括温度、营养、通气等进行了研究,并测定了人工培养冬虫夏草的有效成分─虫草多糖、虫草酸、虫草素以及氨基酸含量等.结果显示:人工培养冬虫夏草与天然冬虫夏草多糖含量分别为582mg/g和295mg/g虫草酸含量为76.9mg/g和64.3mg/g,虫草素含量为1.04mg/g和0.367mg/g;氨基酸总含量为285.9mg/g和292.4mg/g.结果表明,人工培养所得冬虫夏革菌丝体多糖、虫草酸、虫草素含量均高于天然虫草,氨基酸含量与天然虫草相当.
【Abstract】 The culture condition including the nutrition, temperature and ventilation etc were studies. Analytical results revealed that the contents of polysaccharose, mannite and cordyceps in artificially cultured myceliun of Cordyceps Sinensis were 582 mg/g, 76.9 mg/g, and 1.04mg/g respectively; while innative Cordyceps Sineasis there were 295 mp/g, 64.3 mp/g and 0.368 mp/g. The general aminoandcontent was 285.9mg/g for artificical culted. mycelium of C orlyceps Sinensis and 292.4mg/gfor nature Cordyceps Sinensis.
