【Abstract】 Although multi-way tubes ate used very widely as one of basie work pieces in industry,they are manufactured only by casting,welding,hot extrusion or machine tin which process lot of metal is lost. So the cost is very high but both the quality and productivity is low. The paper gives a new kind of method to form the tubes during every action of a press with the compound process of bulging and extrusion using a polyure thane bar. The paper uses the ploastic theory of metal forming to analyze the forming processes. The relationship of the three forming forces ought to make forming metal in a very strong pressure and appropriate partial state in order to get the longest branch.更多还原
