板料成形过程系统分析

【摘要】 此文从系统的角度就板料性能、板料毛坯的展开计算、模具设计与制造、摩擦与润滑、应力应变分析等诸多方面对板料成形过程作了一般分析.可知板料成形过程是一复杂的,需要考虑系统中各个因素之间的相互关系和影响才能得到合理的板料成形件.并从有限元法的角度,建立了板料成形过程模型.

【Abstract】 Although multi-way tubes ate used very widely as one of basie work pieces in industry,they are manufactured only by casting,welding,hot extrusion or machine tin which process lot of metal is lost. So the cost is very high but both the quality and productivity is low. The paper gives a new kind of method to form the tubes during every action of a press with the compound process of bulging and extrusion using a polyure thane bar. The paper uses the ploastic theory of metal forming to analyze the forming processes. The relationship of the three forming forces ought to make forming metal in a very strong pressure and appropriate partial state in order to get the longest branch.
