【Abstract】 This articte introduces an approach of the forming technology and die of a hard Aluminium-Alloy thin-wall Cap-shape perts. It anolyzes the low ductility of hard Aluminium-Alloy which bring difficulty to the forming cold-extrusion,adn efficient measures are taken in such fields as forming technology and die device, thus difficulties produced in the forming course of hard Aluminium-Alloy arc better solved.
