【Abstract】 Two fundamental distributions of geometrical deviations on the folding normal distribution and Rayleigh distribution are advenced and have verified by a series of specimen examinations. On this basis, the methods for statistical analysis of geometrical deviations in machining process (such as the calculation of the rate of rejects, the calculation of dispersion range of geometrical deviations, the determination of constant systematic error in statistical analysis of accuracy of form and position, etc.) and for the determination of statistical tolerance of geometrical tolerance in mechanical product design or technique design are also proposed.更多还原
