红曲霉菌生理活性物质MonacolinK的检测
Determination of the Physiologically Active Substance Monacolin K in Monascus Culture
【摘要】 应用高压液相色谱技术，对４种共９个红曲菌培养物的ＭｏｎａｃｏｌｉｎＫ含量进行测定。结果表明，菌种间ＭｏｎａｃｏｌｉｎＫ含量差异显著，最高一株ＭｏｎａｃｏｌｉｎＫ含量达４７１μｇ／ｍＬ。
【Abstract】 Content of Monacolin K was determinted by HPLC. The results showed that the Content of Monacolin K was significant difference among the 9 strains. The highest content of Monacolin K was 47.1 μg/mL.
