活性无腐蚀松香钎剂的研制
Investigation of Rosin Flux with Activation and Its Non-Corrosiveness
【摘要】 新研制的松香钎剂无腐蚀,润湿性好,开始润湿时间短,完全可以满足钎焊工艺要求,有良好的推广应用前景。
【Abstract】 The newly developed rosin flux is non-corrosive and has superior wettability and short wet time of beginning.The flux can enfirely match the requirements of braz- ing technology and has good prospects in application.
