永磁温控装置中定点力比较法

【摘要】 针对永磁温控装置中,磁作用力与距离变化量平方成反比,弹簧力与距离变化量成正比,因变化关系不一样,所以磁力与弹簧力比较设计中,很难找到比较点;定点力比较法消除了距离变化量对磁作用力和弹簧力的影响,只剩下温度变化对磁作用力的影响,从而使多变量系统转化为单变量系统设计。

【Abstract】 In the permanent magnet temperature control device, the magnetic force is inversely proportional to the square of distance change, whereas the spring force is directly proportional to the distance change; such that in the comparison design of the magnetic and spring forces, it is difficult to find out a comparison point. A fixed point comparison method is proposed which can eliminate the influence of distance change on both the magnetic and spring forces, and what is left is only the influence of temperature change on the magnetic force. Thus the design is simplified from a multi variable system to a single variable system.
