微波常压合成缩醛(酮)

【摘要】 以Fe-ZSM-5分子筛为催化剂,采用微波常压法,由脂肪醛、芳香醛、环酮和脂肪、芳香酮与二元醇反应合成相应缩醛和缩酮.结果表明,微波辐射与分子筛催化剂联用,不仅简化了制备工艺,而且与常规加热方法相比反应速度提高了4~10倍.

【Abstract】 in this paper, it is reported that eight acetals (ketals) are synthesized from the correlated aldehydes (or ketones) by condensation with 1,2-ethanediol or 1,2-propanediol under the irradiation of microwave and normal pressure in the presence of zeolite as catalyst. It has been found that by the method used in the preparations, not only the procedure is simplified but also the reaction rate is increased from 4 to 10 times.
