聚芳醚酮的低温缩聚合成
The Synthesis of Aromatic Poly Ether Ketoneby Low Temperature Polycondensation
【摘要】 以4-(4'-二苯氧)苯甲酮(DPBP),对苯二甲酰氯(IPC)为单体,采用低温亲电缩聚法合成了一系列分子量较大的聚醚酮醚酮酮(PEKEKK),讨论了各种因素对反应的影响.用IR,DSC,TG和WAXD等手段研究了该聚合物的相关性能、其玻璃化转变温度和熔点分别为160℃和382℃.
【Abstract】 High molecular weight poly ether ketone ether ketone ketone (PEKEKK)were prepared by means of low temperature solid polycondensation of 4. 4’-diphenoxidebenzophenone (DPBP ) and isophtllaloyl chloride (IPC) in the presence of aluminum chloride, 1 .2-dichloroethane (DCE). The effects of some factors on polycondensation were investigated. The general properties of PEKEKK were studied using infrared spectrometry (IR ), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetric analysis (TG) and wide-angle X-way diffracting (WAXD). It is shown that PEKEKK is a high-temperature thermoplastic with Tg= 160℃ and Tm= 382℃.
