【Abstract】 Photonic switching nodes are important building blocks of free-space photonic switching networks. The direct control FET-SEED smart pixel (2, 1, 1 ) nodes (or 2 × 1nodes), the direct control and embedded control FET-SEED smart pixel (2, 2, 2) nodes and 2 × 2 nodes have been designed, respectively.
