Cr,Ca:YAG晶体中Cr4+的吸收和退火特性
Absorption and Oxygen-annealing Characterizationof Cr ̄(4+) in Cr,Ca:Y3Al5O12 Crystals
【摘要】 用Czochralski法生长了Cr4+:YAG可调谐激光晶体,对样品进行氧化气氛高温退火实验,分析比较了退火前后Cr4+吸收特性的变化,发现退火后样品中Cr4+的吸收显著增强;Cr3+的主要吸收峰值红移,并提出相应模型对此现象进行了解释。
【Abstract】 Single crystals of Cr,Ca:Y3Al5O12(YAG)were grown by the Czochralski(CZ)method. The aborption characterization of both as-grown and oxygen-annealedcryStals was carried out and compered with each other.Every absorption peak of Cr(4+)andCr(3+)increased in intensity by annealing. It’s also found that the main band position ofCr(3+) was red shifted. These phenomena and formation mechanism were analyscd anddiscuss.
