提高计算全息检测非球面精度的研究
Study on Improving Precision of Asphcric Surfaces Test by Computer-generated Hologram
【摘要】 简单分析了计算全息位相探测干涉法的原理特点，为进一步提高精度提出并论述了一种计算全息（ＣＧＨ）高精度检测非球面的绝对测量方法．可使其测量精度提高到λ／５０。
【Abstract】 in this paper,the principle of CGH (computer-generated-hologram) phase detecting interferometry is briefly discussed.A new absolute measuring method with CGH for testing high precision aspheric surfaces is presented.The measuring accuracy can be up to λ/50.
