【摘要】 本文比较了ＰＣＲ法与ＲＰＲ法检测梅毒的阳性率，在一期梅毒ＰＣＲ法的阳性率显著高子ＲＰＲ法，在二期梅毒两种方法的阳性率接近。作者认为对一期梅毒的诊断价值ＰＣＲ法比ＲＰＲ法高。作者还分析了目前二期梅毒的临床发现率比一期梅毒高的原因，提出对ＳＴＤ患者应常规检测梅毒。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper compared detectable rate of syphilitis by PCR and RPR.Theresults showed that the detectable rate was significantly higher by PCR than by RPR in first-stage syphilitis and nearly equal in second-stage syphilitis.It is believed that PCR is morevaluable than RPR in diagnosis of first-stage syphilitis,The authors also analysed the rea-sons why at present second-stage syphilitis has a higher clinical incidence than first-stagesyphilitis and suggested that all patients with STD shoul take a routine examination onsyphilitis.更多还原
