【Abstract】 In this paper, peritoneal fluid was collected from 15 infertile patients with en-dometriosis and 13 normal fertile women. Tumor necrosis factor (TNF) were determined in peritoneal fluid and culture supernatant of peritoneal macrophages. The results showed that the content of TNF was significantly higher in the patients group than in the normal women. The probability is that this alteration are importantly associated with the development and the infertility of endometriosis.更多还原
