医用聚氨酯输精管堵塞剂量的研究
Experimental Study on Blocking Dosage of Medical Polyurethane Vas Occlusion.
【摘要】 采用两种不同推注方法,对122根人的输精管进行了MPU有效堵塞剂量的研究。结果显示:堵塞长度1.0cm,推注剂量在0.02~0.03ml即相当于管腔容积的1.8~3.8倍有较好近期堵塞效果。这样形成的栓子既可达到有效堵塞输精管腔,又不引起管壁破裂的目的。为防止输精管自然再通,建议试用堵塞长度为2.0cm,MPU推注剂量为0.04~0.06ml。研究结果还表明:输精管损伤破裂会影响堵塞效果,其破裂原因主要与推注方法、器械损伤及栓堵剂性能有关。
【Abstract】 This paper reports results of an experimental study on blocking dosage of medical polyurethane(MPU) elastomer injected into the lumen of 122 human vas deferens by two different methods. The results showed that vas lumen could be ruptured by MPU elastomer injected by routine method on condition that blocking dosage of MPU was over 0. 04ml and length of vas lumen was limited within 1. 0cm. There was an optimal occlusive efficacy injected by modified method on condition that blocking dosage of MPU was between 0. 02 to 0. 03ml which equated to 1. 8-3. 8 folds of the vas lumen. Thus, the plugs not only blocked vas lumen , but also not ruptured the vas lumen. In order to prevent nature recanalization of the vas lumen after MPU vas occlusion we suggest that blocking dosage of MPU should be between 0. 04 to 0. 06ml and blocked length of vas lumen should be increased to 2cm. Our results also indicated that rupture of the vas deferens could affect occlusive efficacy of vas lumen. The rupturing reasons of vas deferens could be related to injection method, injury caused by blocking clump and property of MPU occlusive reagent.
