质子交换LiNbO3波导中退火的作用

【摘要】 本文主要对质子交换ＬｉＮｂＯ３波导进行了研究，分析了退火对质子交换ＬｉＮｂＯ３波导的重要性。

【Abstract】 In this paper,the annealing procedure of proton-exchange LiNbO3 waveguide isanalyzed. Experimentally,elctron-opticcal index of LiNbO3, relationship of thickness of waveguide andannealing time are studied.
