【摘要】 为活跃开放教育领域的学术研究气氛,探索新形势下我国开放教育改革发展的新思路,推动开放教育理论研究和改革实践,遵照党的“百花齐放,百家争鸣”原则,本刊特辟“学术争鸣”栏目。热忱欢迎读者就开放教育,尤其是广播电视教育、函授教育的办学优势和教学特色等“热点”问题各述已见,展开讨论。 本期“学术争鸣”专栏刊登了大连电大韩景文先生的文章《电大教育“异化”的反思》。作者针对当前电大教育中某些“异化”现象,例如沿袭班组教学、扩大专职教师队伍、加大面授时数、所谓“严格学籍管理”等问题,阐述了自己的观点。我们希望电大系统内外的教育工作者和广大师生员工能紧紧围绕该文涉及的电大办学优势和教学特色等“热点”展开深人讨论,集思广益,共同提高认识,以理论共识指导办学实践,为建设具有中国特色的现代远距离教育的开放大学作一份贡献,使中国广播电视大学以崭新的面貌迎接新世纪的来临。更多还原

【Abstract】 The founding of Chinese Radio & TV University marked the new area of modern distance education in China. It was new in the higher education in China in the past,and also achieved high efficiency in its school running during its initial period.However, as it was greatly influenced by the traditional education ideas, its own direction and unique featuees has been gradually changed. The traditional ideas are as follows: only classroom teaching without ope-ness and individuality; too many schools at each level, which greatly wasted educational resources; paying attention only to teachers in traditional education but neglecting the part of teachers in TV university; preferring face to face instruction to tutor lessons and audiovisual lessons: over-emphas-izing the traditional management of students’ files, which hinder the students from enjoyng the features of democracy, individuality in their study and it is time for us to get rid of these traditional educational ideas and pay close attention to these issues. The current hot discussion will greatly promote the development of the distance open university in future.更多还原
