新生大鼠缺氧缺血性脑病脑内脂质过氧化物的变化

【摘要】 本文测定生后6~7天大鼠缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)时脑组织内脂质过氧化物(LPO)的动态变化,以及HIE后吸不同浓度氧对脑组织LPO的影响。结果显示,HIE发生后2h脑内LPO即明显增高,12h达到高峰,24h后开始下降,至72h恢复正常。表明HIE时脑内自由基产生增加,由其引发的脂质过氧化损伤主要发生在发病初期,特别是病后24h之内。HIE大鼠吸入不同浓度O_2后测定脑组织中LPO变化,结果吸纯O_2组脑组织内LPO生成最多,其次为吸50%O_2组,吸空气组生成较少,但仍高于正常对照组。表明新生大鼠HIE后脑组织内脂质过氧化反应增强,且其增强的程度与缺氧后再给氧浓度密切相关。

【Abstract】 he effect of free oxygen radicals on brain damage of newborn rat was evaluated in a medelof Hypoxic-Ischemic Encephalopathy(HIE). The brain tissue lipid peroxide(LPO)which weremetablic preducts of free oxygen redicals were measured after different time and inhaling differentconcentration of oxygen after brain hypoxia and ischemia,The result show that LPO in brain tis-sue begin to increase 2 hours after HIE,it reached the peak value at 12 hours,then begin to re-duce 24 hours later after HIE,After inhaling different concentration of oxygen we find that theLPO in brain tissue was highset when haling 100%O2,next was inhaling 50%O2,and the low-est was inhlaing gas(contain 21%O2),but which still higher than normal group.This studydemonstrate that the reaction of free oxygen radicals were ralated to brain damage in neonatalHIE,and the free radical reaction enhance when brain hypoxia and ischemia which happend espe-cially in the first 24 hours of HIE;The level of brain tissue LPO increase as inhaling oxygen con-centration increased,especially when inhaling 100%O2.
