【摘要】 基于决策支持系统（ＤＳＳ）的基本概念和理论，结合我国人口系统出现的问题，提出了人口数量与质量管理决策支持系统（ＰＱＱＤＳＳ）的设计目标、基本原则及功能需求．在此基础上，建立了ＰＱＱＤＳＳ系统的总体结构，并分析了各个子系统，即信息管理系统（ＩＭＳ）、模型管理系统（ＭＭＳ）、预警系统（ＦＭＳ）和政策分析系统（ＰＭＳ）的基本功能、相互联系及运行环境．本文的研究旨在为我国目前及下一世纪的人口管理决策科学化提供参考依据．更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the concept and theory of DSS, as well as the issues and basic situations of China’s population system, this paper focuses on the DSS of population quantity and quality control (PQQDSS) in China. In this paper, the aims of design, basic principles and desired functions of PQQDSS are developed and established firstly. Arid then , the system structure of PQQDSS and the basic functions and Interrelationships as well as operational environment of its subsystems, i. e. Information management system (IMS), models management system (MMS), forecast management system (FMS) and policy management system (PMS) are also established and analyzed here.
