【摘要】 牛腿山羊为个体大、肉用性能好的山地品种。研究牛腿山羊对炎热气候的适应性。目的在于为同类地区引进该品种提供依据。本试验于１９９５年７月２８日至８月１日在新乡县朝阳种羊场进行，随机选取健康、空怀、经产的成年牛腿山羊和本地槐山羊各１２只，采集血样，实验室内测定Ｔ＿４和Ｋ￣＋含量；选其中各６只，连续３日测定６：００－７：００时和１５：００－１６：００时的毛丛温度、直肠温度、呼吸率和心率；并且同时测定羊舍内白天的温度和湿度。结果表明，测定期内羊舍温度较高，白天的ＴＨｌ在７８以上。两种山羊都出现了热应激反应。牛腿山羊的毛丛温度、呼吸率和直肠温度与槐山羊无明显差别，未出现生理异常。牛腿山羊和槐山羊的血清Ｔ＿４水平相差无几，血清Ｋ￣＋含量前者低于后者，与槐山羊相比，牛腿山羊能较好地适应豫北黄河故道区夏季炎热的气侯，更多还原

【Abstract】 This experiment was carried out on July 28 to August 1 in Chaoyang goat breeding farm with Niutui goats and Huai goats of 12 ones each.The biood sammple of each gcat wascollected and serum T4,K+ was analysed.Half of the goats were choosed to dctermine the stapletempera-ture,rectal temperature,respiratory rate and heart rate at 6:00-7:00 and 15:00-16:00.The air temperature and humidity in the goat cot were determined also,The resultsshowed that the air temperature were higher and THI were above 78 in thd daytime,both breedsof the goats happened heat stress response,There were no significant difference of the staple temporature,respiratory rate and rectal temperature between Niutui goats and Huai goats.The serumT4 of Niutui goats were the same as that of Huai goats,but serum K+ cotents of the former werelower than that of the latter. Compared with Huai goats,Niutui goats could well adapt the hotsummer climate of the old course of thd Huatighe River in northen Henan province;更多还原
