GH33合金高温多轴疲劳寿命预测
Life Prediction under Multiaxial Fatigue of GH33 Superalloy at High Temperature
【摘要】 分析了高温多轴应力状态下不同应变保持时间和不同拉、扭应变比的实验结果,揭示了高温多轴应力下蠕变─疲劳失效行为的主要因素,进而提出了简捷有效的寿命计算模型和计算方法,即有交互作用系数的延性耗竭法。该方法的物理模型合理,寿命预测切实可行,易被工程技术人员接受。
【Abstract】 The experimental results of lowcycle tension-compression,torsion and tension-torsion fatigue with different holding time were analysed.The main factors influencing creep-fatigue failure under multiaxial stress and high tempera ture were investigated,and the simple model calculating method to predict the fa tigue life was worked out.This calculating method has good practicability and ac cepted by engineers.
