激光快速成型加工中光敏树脂收缩性能研究

【摘要】 通过对光敏树脂的固化过程进行深入仔细地分析和研究,并在充分实验的基础上提出了计算光敏树脂收缩率的数学模型,由此得出减小树脂收缩对零件精度影响的几点结论,有效地解决了树脂收缩对零件精度的影响。还对激光快速成形加工中所用树脂的性能提出了要求。

【Abstract】 By carefully and deeply analyzing and studying the solidification process of photopolymer resin and based on the vast experiments a mathematical model was developed for the calculation of reain shrinkage,and some conclusions were presented about how to reduce the ellects of resin shrinkage on the parts accuracy, which effectively solved the effects of the shrinkage on parts accuracy. In addition ,some requirements for the properties of resin used in the properties of laser rapid-prototyping were mentioned.
