干涉式光纤声发射传感器
Interference Optical Fiber Acoustic Emission Sensor
【摘要】 介绍一种用于状态监测和故障诊断的新型声发射传感器。它基于全光纤法布里-珀罗干涉仪原理。其分辨率高达埃级,频率范围为:100kHz~1.4MHz。由于信号光束和参考光束在同一根光纤中通过,所以消除了温度变化、微弯效应以及电磁干扰等环境影响,具有很高的测量稳定性。
【Abstract】 A novel acoustic emission (AE) sensor for condition monitoring and diagnostic engineering management is introduced. It is based on the principle of all optical fiber Fabry-Perot interferometer. The resolution of the amplitude of AE wave is as high as an angstrom (10-10m) and the bandwidth is from 100kHz to 1. 4MHz. Because the signal beam and the reference beam propagate in the same optical fiber, the influence of temperature variation, microbend and electromagnetic perturbance is eliminated and it has a high stability.
