池养鳗鲡胃肠组织消化酶的初步研究

【摘要】 池养鳗鲡禁食6h后解剖,收集胃、前肠、中肠和后肠,测定其消化酶活力。结果表明:胃组织蛋白酶显著高于肠组织蛋白醇,且前肠>中肠>后肠,肠组织淀粉酶活力前肠<中肠<后肠。肠淀粉酶与肠蛋白酶最适pH分别为7.6与7.8,相应最适底物浓度为1%与0.5%~1.0%,NaCl0.05mol/L对肠淀粉酶具有充分的激活效应。

【Abstract】 The stomaches,foreguts,midguts,hindguts were collected from eels with six hours’no feeding and their digestive enzyme activities were assayed.The results showed:the protease activity of the stomach was significantly higher than that of the intestine.The trend of protease activities of the intestine were foregut>midgut>hindgut,and the trend of amylase activities of the intestine were foregut<midgut<hindgut.The optimum pH value for amylase and protease were respectively 7.6 and7.8, and the optimum substrante’s concentrations were 1% and 0.5% ~1.0% each 0.05 mol/L NaCl was enough to activate the amylase of the intestine.
