【摘要】 采用银浸染、美兰等染色技术对5尾鳜鱼端脑的外部形态及显微结构进行了研究。观察发现,鳜端脑十分发达,由嗅叶及大脑半球组成。鳜的嗅叶没有嗅束,直接与大脑半球的中央嗅区相连系。嗅叶是一层状结构,从外至内分别是脑膜、嗅神经纤维外层、小球层、神经纤维内层、小细胞层。其基本结构和硬骨鱼类端脑相似。鳜大脑半球外部被有脑膜,其内的纹状体被横行与纵行的沟分为若干区。神经核分布在大脑半球的外周,神经束前连合、中嗅束和侧嗅束集中分布在半球的中央。更多还原

【Abstract】 The shapes and structures of the telencephalons of five mandarin, fish Sinipeca chuatsi (Basilewsky) were studied by means of silver-impregnation and methyleneblue staining. It was observed that the telencephalon of the mandarin fish was well devdloped and consisted of the olfactory bulbs and cerebral hemispheres. The olfactory blubs tacking olfactory peduncle were directly conneded with medial olfactory areas in the cerebral hemispheres. The olfactory bulb shaved a lamellar strcture which consisted of, from outside to inside the meninges, the layer of the external fibers of the olfactory nerve, the glomerular layer, the layer of the internal nervous fibers, and the small cellular layer. The structural feature of the telencephalon is similar to the teleosts. The outside of the hemispheres is covered with the meninx. The paleastriatum was divided in to several areas by the longitudinal and transversal sulci. The nervous nuclei were peripherally distributed in the hemispherss. The nervous tracts, the anterior comimisure, the medial olfactory tracts and the laternal olfactory tracts, were located in the center of the hemispheres.更多还原
