甘蓝型油菜细胞质雄性不育系对菌核病的抗(避)、耐病性研究
STUDIES ON STEM ROT (Sclerotinia sclerotiorum) RESISTANCE (DISEASE AVOIDANCE) AND TOLERANCE IN CMS LINE OF Brassica napus
【摘要】 对甘蓝型油菜波里马细胞质雄性不育系的抗(避)、耐病性研究表明,90A比其保持系90B四年平均病株率和病情指数分别低49.8%和68.6%,年度间相关系数r=0.92;转育成新不育系92A后,其平均病株率和病情指数分别比同核保持系92B低48.4%和51.8%。不育系的这种相对抗病性与其花辦粘附率呈正相关(r=0.94),实质上是种避病性,而且能伴随着雄性不育细胞质所控制的小花辦性状而遗传。人工接种试验结果表明,不育系与其保持系之间存在耐病性差异,这种差异与油菜茎杆氮代谢和表皮花青素含量有关。初花期不育系和保持系茎杆内氨基酸总量无差异,青角期不育系的氨基酸总量明显高于保持系;盛花到青角期不育系茎杆表皮花青素含量均高于保持系。
【Abstract】 Studies on stem rot (Sclerotinia sclerotiorum) resistance (disease avoidance) and tolerance in CMS lines of Brassica napus indicate that the average incidence and severity are 49.8% and 68.6% lower in sterile line 90A than in the maintainer 90B, respectively, from 1991 to 1995, and are 48.4% and 51.8% lower in sterile line 92A than in the 92B, respectively, from 1993 to 1995. The relative resistance of sterile lines has positive corelation with the smaller petal and lower rate of petal stuck on the leaf, and is, in fact, a sort of disease avoidance which can be inherited with the company of smaller petal controlled by sterile cytoplasm. The results froni artificial inoculations indicate that, disease tolerance between the steriles and maintainers is significantly different and the difference was caused by nitrogen metabolism and anthocyanidin content in the stem of the plant. The high content of 17 amino acids at green pod development stage and high content of anthocyanidin at the end of flowering and green pod development stages in the sterile lines may play an important role in limiting expansion of oxalic acid toxin from the myeelium of Sclerotinia.
