【Abstract】 From the angle of knowledge based fault diagnosis and in view of the structural features and fault propagating form of a FMS, a hierarchical reasoning model for the diagnosis of FMSs based on the fault tree analysis method is put forward. The ideas of design, modeling process and reasoning control strategy of the model are described in detail. An applied example of the model is given. All kinds of diagnostic knowledge for FMSs including metal knowledge, physical knowledge and experiential knowledge have been used. It is an integrated hierarchical diagnosis model that is very suitable for the diagnosis of highly complicated manufacturing systems like a FMS.更多还原
