利用DCS方式的立体库自动控制系统
An Automatic Control System in DCS Manner for a Three Dimensional Storehouse
【摘要】 研究采用DCS方式的立体库自动控制系统的组成及工作方法,介绍了上位机与各子站的通信协议及通信格式,以及采用冗余技术弥补某些部件平均无故障工作时间不够的方法,提高了整个系统的可靠性
【Abstract】 Better control and management for a three dimensional storehouse are required as the house occupies a larger area and the management is more complicated. The composition and operation of an automatic control system in DCS manner are described. The system consists of a host as its main station and several stackers and carriers for going in and out the 6 PLC controlled substations. The host communicates with the substations by means of agreement and interactive query. The communication agreement, the communication mode as well as the operation of the DCS system are described. In addition to more reliable components and sets, the system provides double redundancy and double optic probe to improve the reliability. The MTBF of the whole system can reach as many as 64000 hours.
