管材柔性加工单元的计算机控制
Computer Control of a Flexible Manufacturing Cell for Pipe Bending
【摘要】 提出了一种由工控机和智能控制模板构成的两级分布式管材柔性加工单元计算机控制系统结构,讨论了对交流伺服电机采用Bang-Bang控制加PI调节的双模控制和对液压伺服系统采用模糊控制的控制策略,开发了一个具有人机数据输入、工艺分析计算与规划、数控编程等功能的自动编程系统
【Abstract】 The architecture of a two stage distributed computer control system composed of a type 386 industrial control computer and an intelligent control template for the flexible manufacturing cell (FMC) in pipe bending is proposed. A dual mode control scheme with Bang Bang control and PI control for an AC servomotor and with fuzzy control for the hydraulic servosystem is discussed. A self programming system consisting of man machine data input, process analysis and planning, numerical control programming is developed.
