基于人工神经网络的铣刀破损功率监测
A Power Monitoring Method Based on the Neural Network for Milling Cutter Breakage
【摘要】 提出一种基于人工神经网络的铣刀破损功率监测方法,建立了一个铣刀破损功率监测系统,实验表明:该神经网络方法能够灵敏地检测出刀具破损,且具有在较宽的工作范围内识别铣刀破损的优点
【Abstract】 An approach using a neural network for the processing of the power signal for monitoring the breaking of the milling cutter is proposed. The power signal is compressed by averaging the power signal per tooth, and the signal is then sent to a nonlinear filter to extract the features of power signal due to tool breakage. All the features are sent to the neural network and the feature difference between power signals with and without tool breakage are memorized. Experimental results show that the tool breakage can be sensitively detected within a wide range of milling operation.
