新型氧化物导电陶瓷的物理性质

【摘要】 以一氧化物为主要原料,掺以少量杂质,采用传统的电子陶瓷工艺制备了新型导电陶瓷.经检测表明:该导电陶瓷具有较优良的物理性质.其室温电阻率为0.068Ω·cm,密度为4.96~5.45g/cm3,30~280℃温度范围的平均比热为0.458J/g·℃,14~1000℃时的平均线膨胀系数为5.885X10-6℃-1,当跨距为15mm时,其抗折强度(抗弯强度)的平均值为25.275MPa,HRA(洛氏)硬度的平均值为63.08.

【Abstract】 new type of conductive ceramics with oxide as the basic material and doped with a small amount of impurities is prepared by traditional electronic ceramics technology. Test results show that the conductive ceramics prepared possesses good physical properties.The specific resistance at room temperature is 0. 068 Ω·cm, the density is 4. 96~5.45 g/cm3,the average specific heat is 0. 458 J/g·℃ within a temperature range of 30~280 ℃,and the average linear expansion coefficient is 5.885×10-6℃-1 within a temperature range of 14~1000℃.The mean value of the bending strength is 25.275 MPa when the span is 15 mm and the mean value of HRA is 63.08.
