感应电动机自适应软启动器的分析与计算

【摘要】 将以半导体材料制造的非线性电阻器串联于7.5kW普通感应电动机和1.5kW锥形异步电动机的定子回路中,获得了具有软启动的自适应特性.针对电动机的不同负载特点,对恒电流和恒转矩启动进行了较详细的分析与计算,其结果可用于自适应电阻器参数的设计.

【Abstract】 The self-adaptive soft starting characteristics of a 7. 5 kW ordinary induction motor or 1. 5 kW conical motor can be achieved by connecting in the stator circuit a nonlinear resistor made of semiconducting material. For different load characteristics, the analysis and calculations have been carried out for both the constant-current and constant-torque starting and the results can be used for resistor design.The method proposed can now be applied in a starting system with reversible braking by phase change-over of the stator winding.
