【Abstract】 he redesign,as one of the key technioques in the intelligent design system(IDS), is studied. Based on the achievements in the redesign field, the main difficulties encountered are discussed.Together with the project of the Heavy Duty Machin Toool Modular Design and Manufacturing and with due consideration of the specific features of the machine tool modular design and the underconstrained nature on the machine tool stucture, a hybrid redesign strategy with case-based redesign put forward. The basic idea, realization method, key techniques and solving principle are described.The strategy proposed has been successfully and flexibly applied to each stage of modular design of heavy duty machinge tools made in Wuhan Heavy Duty Machinge Tools Works.更多还原
