新型冷轧带钢表面缺陷在线检测系统
A New On-Line Surface Defect Inspecting System for the Cold-Rolled Steel Strip
【摘要】 提出一种新型冷轧带钢表面缺陷在线检测系统的体系结构并说明其工作原理.采用多台面阵CCD成像、几何分段、数据合成的检测方法.选用先进的高速数字信号处理器(DSP)作数字图像处理平台,构成了并行工作的多DSP的主从式信号处理系统.该系统已在线运行.
【Abstract】 The architecture of a new on-line cold-rolled steel strip surface defect inspecting system is proposed, in which the area-array CCD camera imaging,the ge o me trio segmentation and the composition of data from diferent segments are used.The working principle of the system is explained. An advanced high-speed digital signal processor(DSP) is used as the platform for digital image processing,and a parallel multi-DSP master-slave signal processing system is adopted. it is of compact construction and with flexible function.This system is in on-line operation.
