【Abstract】 A new on-line length measuring system using three linear array CCD sensors for hot steel slabs is proposed.The CCD cameras can take a view of the hot steel slab obliquely.Within the effective view field of the CCD,the system can measure an offset distance of the hot slab within±400mm and an angle of declination within±1°.The relative error of length measurement is≤±0.63 %.With adequate measures,the system will be operated reliably under poor field conditions.更多还原
