能消除空气扰动的大尺寸激光外差干涉系统
A Large-Size Laser Heterodyne Interferometer for the Elimination of Air Disturbance
【摘要】 设计了一种共光路声光调制激光外差干涉仪,它能抵消干涉光路中空气扰动的影响,实验证明它对空气扰动的抑制是有效的.该光路还具有同频率共光路的优点,从而避免了大尺寸时不同频率光色散的扰动影响.
【Abstract】 A new laser heterodyne interferometer with common optical path is described. It is capable of compensating for the influence of air disturbance on the optical path. Experimental results show that the compensation is found to be satisfactory as the phase of interference signal no longer drifts and shakes.Because’the optical system shares an optical path with the same frequency,theoretically there will be no effect due to chrmatic dispersion disturbance.The dispersion disturbance is also analyzed numerically.
